The importance of a legal assistance
Although not compulsory, legal accompaniment is strongly recommended when buying in Spain.
Indeed the role of the notary is not the same as in France for example, and the sellers are not forced to the same obligations of communication. The buyer is therefore faced with the responsibility of checking many administrative data to ensure the legality and smooth completion of the purchase. These steps are really specifics and can be difficult for an investor who does not speak the language and does not know where to find the right information.

To guarantee you the best offer, our price includes a percentage of the final price reduction negotiated.

An urbanistic report from our technical architect to inform you of future construction / modification projects of the area and characteristics of the property.
The control of all the documentation of the property, the validity of the compulsory certificates, the authenticity of the property, possible debts or unpaid fees by the owner.
The verification of all contracts and support during all the different signatures.
The payment of taxes and the registration of the property, after the signature of the purchase / sale at the notary.

Direct searches, via our contacts and agencies to cover all properties corresponding to your project and available on the market at the moment.
Pre-visits and selections of properties
Organization of the schedule of visits according to your availability.
Complete legal accompaniment package: Verification of all contracts, certificates and documentation.
Accompaniment to the different signatures.

Payment Terms
The legal Assistance Pack is billed once the purchase offer is accepted by the owner and we begin the verifications and dodumentation work.
For a complete accompaniment package, the part corresponding of the Legal Assistance Pack is due at the owner's offer acceptance as well but the rest of the services are only billed at the end of the process, when signing the property purchase at the notary
